If there is to be any one feature of man, and how he live and survived, it must be his hunting. It was the one skill man used to survive after the big game vanished from the Americas. Yes there would be a period of time, after he entered the shelters, that his old lance and it's Clovis or similar points were of little use to him. But this was man, the human, not that man creature that had existed for over two million years. He now not only had the larger brain, he also had the use of his subconscious. He now was able to develop skills that required not only multiple tasks, but additionaly used multiple parts. He would develop the Atlatl. A hunting tool that would return him, as man the human, to the world of hunting.
